Thank you for your valuable support over the years. With your feedback, we have been continuously seeking for ways to improve your online shopping with us.

If you have reached out to us before for exchanges, you would have noticed an upgrade in our returns and exchanges services. For any eligible exchange requests, we offer FREE exchange delivery + FREE returns pickup. We also include packing materials for your returns to help you pack our returns in a safe and secured manner before handing them over to our partner courier. 

To help us continue to offer this awesome after-sale service to all customers, amidst the rising costs in global freight and shipping, we will be implementing some changes to our shipping pricing, effective from 1st April 2022.

The tables below will provide details of the changes that will take effect from 1 April 2022.

1) Increase of Standard Courier fee and Minimum Spend for Free Standard Courier.

Before 1 April 2022 From 1 April 2022
Standard Courier (3 working days) $4.00 $5.00
Minimum spend for Free Standard Courier $60.00 $65.00

 

Example: If you purchase one item, you might have to pay a shipping fee of $5.00 instead of $4.00 previously.

Any purchase of two or more items should provide you with free regular courier shipping. 

2) Improvements in our Exchanges Process for eligible purchases.

As parents, we understand the hassle of having to exchange an item if the size doesn't fit, especially more so with an online store. That is why we have streamlined the process to make it most convenient for all parents that shop with us. 

Here is how Two Little Feet's current 6-Step Exchange Process works:

    • Step 1: Ensure that the returns are unused, with the original box and tags still intact/attached.
        • Step 3: Upon confirmation, we will ship the exchange item, TOGETHER WITH AN EXTRA POLYMAILER FOR THE RETURN ITEM.
          • Step 4: Receive the exchange parcel and PACK THE RETURN SIZE INTO THE PROVIDED POLYMAILER.
            • Step 5: Arrange a collection date with us.
              • Step 6: Hand over the return parcel to our 3rd party courier.

                This seamless Exchange Process will be available for all purchases, EXCEPT:

                • Items marked as [Final Sale]
                • Promotions that are not eligible for exchanges and returns as stated. Examples: GET70 or NOEXCHANGE offers.
                • 3D MASKS and TOWELS.

                Our increase in Standard Courier Delivery fee will enable us to continue to offer you the most convenient online shopping on Two Little Feet.

                3) Increase of Express (Same Day) Delivery fee.

                Before 1 April 2022 From 1 April 2022
                Express (Same Day) - Order by 12pm, excl. Public Holiday $12.00 $15.00

                *Orders made after 12PM of the day will be delivered by the end of the next day. Saturdays and Sundays included, excluding Public Holidays.
