Exchanges and Returns Guide

As parents, we understand the hassle of having to exchange an item if the size doesn't fit, especially more so with an online store. That is why we have streamlined the process to make it most convenient for all parents that shop with us. 

Checklist for purchases that are eligible for Exchanges or Returns:

  • Items are unused.
  • Shoebox and Tags are intact.
  • Items are NOT marked [Final Sale].
  • Items are NOT purchased from a 'No exchange, No refunds' offer.
  • Items are not 3D MASKS and TOWELS.
  • Items are shipped to a Singapore address. 

Two Little Feet's 6-Step Exchange Process

    • Step 1: Ensure that the returns are unused, with the original box and tags still intact/attached.
        • Step 3: Receive our confirmation on 1) the exchange size and 2) the returns collection date.
          • Step 4: Upon your acknowledgement, we will ship the exchange item, TOGETHER WITH AN EXTRA POLYMAILER FOR THE RETURN ITEM.
            • Step 5: Receive the exchange parcel and PACK THE RETURN SIZE INTO THE PROVIDED POLYMAILER.
              • Step 6: On the arranged collection date, hand over the return parcel to our 3rd party courier. 

              Two Little Feet's 5-Step Returns Process

              • Step 1: Ensure that the returns are unused, with the original box and tags still intact/attached.
                  • Step 3: Upon confirmation, arrange a collection date with us and receive a shipping label for printing.
                  • Step 4: PACK THE RETURN SIZE (including boxes and tags) & AFFIX SHIPPING LABEL TO THE RETURN PARCEL (see images below for reference).
                    • Step 5: On the scheduled collection date, hand over the return parcel to our 3rd party courier.

                    We will check your return parcel to ensure that everything is in good order before processing your refunds. Kindly note that your refunds will exclude any shipping fees and transaction fee incurred by the original order.

                    For your reference, please ensure that your return parcels look like the following examples, to avoid any damages or loss in transit.
