No, it is best to measure your child's feet before picking the shoe size.
You can refer to our Sizing Help for more details in how to determine the right size for your child.
Rule of thumb, always give allowance. Your child will eventually grow into the bigger size, not smaller one.
Yes, the insole length of both sizes are different only by 1mm. Size 6 (C) has a bit more roomy fitting for sandals.
Baby Collection and Kids Collection are created independent of each other, to cater to different stages of your child's feet growth. Therefore, size 6 (C) cannot be treated as a subsequent size for 5 (C).
If your child has outgrown our 5 (C) in Baby Collection and you are looking to purchase in Kids Collection, it is recommended that you check the measurement once again before picking the size.
For the indicated size, our sandals have a larger fit compared to covered shoes. If your child is between sizes, go 1 size down for sandals, and 1 size up for shoes or sneakers.
For sandals with an open-back design, get 1 size down from actual recommended size.
Some sneakers have snugger fit due to their 2-strap design and thicker padding. You can look out for our indication in their product pages. For these designs, get 1 size up from actual recommended size.
Yes, we do accept exchanges for sizing ONLY IF you have purchased a regular-priced item or with a promotion that allows exchanges. If you wish to exchange for another design, it will be considered on a case by case basis.
If you are a first time customer, we strongly suggest that you visit out Sizing Help page first before picking the size for your child. We have provided very detailed explanation on measuring your child's feet length and width. Once you have the feet measurements, you can use our Size assistant (available at every collection page and product page) to find out what size you should get for your child.

Our shoes are glued by hands, so there will be some tiny dirt on the upper's surface. Some dying stains may be visible too. These do not affect the specifications and construction of the shoes, and we will not accept exchanges or refunds for these reasons.
Since the soles of the shoes are made of natural rubber material, there may be some smell from lack of ventilation during storage in the factory and warehouse. This is normal and does not affect your baby's health. You just need to ventilate them in a cool place for 3 to 7 days (do not expose to the sun) to get rid of the smell.
A gentle wipe down is also recommended before first use to clean out dust from storage. Besides, your child's feet will perspire during usage, try to air the shoes once a week to clear out any odour.
Before first use, give your child's shoes a gentle wipe to get rid of rubber smell and storage dust.
After every use, clean the upper and lining with baby wipes to get rid of dirts and stains. If the insoles are removable, you can wash them with mild baby detergents and air them dry. It is recommended to do this once a week to maintain a hygienic insole.
When not in use, store the shoes in a cool dry place.
For most children shoes that are made with microfiber-leather, we do not recommend washing unless necessary. Microfiber-leather functions like real leather, so do avoid getting the shoes wet and damp. Dry them as soon as possible and keep them aired to maintain the durability.
