1. Is your sizing same as other brands?

No, it is best to measure your child's feet before picking the shoe size. 

You can refer to our Sizing Help for more details in how to determine the right size for your child.

Rule of thumb, always give allowance. Your child will eventually grow into the bigger size, not smaller one.

2. Is your size US5/EU22 in Baby Collection the same as size US6/EU23 in Kid Collection?

Yes, the insole length of both sizes are different only by 1mm. Size US6/EU23 has a bit more roomy fitting for some designs.

Baby Collection and Kid Collection are created independent of each other, to cater to different stages of your child's feet growth. Therefore, size US6/EU23 cannot be treated as a subsequent size for US5/EU22. 

If your child has outgrown our US5/EU22 in Baby Collection and you are looking to purchase in Kid Collection, it is recommended that you check the measurement once again before picking the size.

3. Since I cannot let my child try on the shoes, can I exchange if the shoes don't fit?

If you are a first time customer, we strongly suggest that you visit out Sizing Help page first before picking the size for your child. We have provided very detailed explanation and recommendations. You can also refer to the sizing table available in every product page.

We believe that it is your responsibility to measure and check your child's shoe size carefully before placing order on our online store. When in doubt, feel free to check with us via Email, Facebook or Instagram.

You can request for an exchange or return for refund ONLY IF you have purchased a regular-priced item.

We do not allow exchange and returns for Sale and Promotion items. 

4. What is Pre-order status?

When browsing through our store, you will find that some designs or sizes are marked with Pre-order. This means that the particular size is not stock in Singapore (usually either just sold out or in bigger sizes) or the particular design is not yet stocked.

We will collate the Pre-order items once every month. Pre-orders received by the 20th of the month, will be delivered by 1st week of the following month. 

5. My child's shoes's upper have tiny stains, are they defectives?

Our shoes are glued by hands, so there will be some tiny dirt on the upper's surface. Some dying stains may be visible too. These do not affect the specifications and construction of the shoes, and we will not do exchange for these reasons.

6. Why do my child's shoes smell of rubber?

Since the sole of the shoes are made of natural environmentally-friendly rubber material, there may be some smell from lack of ventilation during storage in the factory and warehouse. This is normal and does not affect your baby's health. You only need to ventilate them in a cool place for 3 to 7 days (do not expose to the sun) to get rid of the smell.

A gentle wipe down is also recommended before first use to clean out dust from storage. Besides, your child's feet will perspire during usage, try to air the shoes once a week to clear out any odour. 

7. How do I care for my child's shoes?

Before first use, give your child's shoes a gentle wipe to get rid of rubber smell and storage dust.

After every use, clean the upper and lining with baby wipes to get rid of dirts and stains. If the insoles are removable, you can wash them with mild baby detergents and air them to dry. It is recommended to do this once a week to maintain a hygienic insole. 

When not in use, store the shoes in a cool dry place.

8. My child's shoes' insoles are spoilt, can I purchase a new set from you?

Yes, definitely. You can write to us, contact@twolittlefeet.sg, and we will assist you in purchasing a new pair of insole for your child's shoes.
