Shipping & Returns
Two Little Feet offers free shipping for all orders within Singapore. No minimum spend is required.
International shipping may be limited. Free international shipping (to selected countries) is available for orders above SGD 90. No returns or exchanges are available for international orders.
EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME:
All orders will be processed immediately upon receiving (unless notified in advance). Please write to us within 1 hour after receiving your order confirmation email if you would like to cancel or change your mind about sizes.
- For in-stock shoes and sandals, it will take 3 to 5 working days from receipt of payment.
- For winter boots, shoes and sandals in size US11/EU28 and above, it will take 7-10 working days.
- For items that are marked Pre-order or Coming soon, refer to product info for more details.
- For bundle order with pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped once pre-order items arrive, shipping time will be as stated above.
- International orders will take up to 7 working days longer than Singapore orders.

As our sizing standard may be different from other brands, we strongly recommend that you have followed our sizing guide thoroughly before buying.
However, if for some reasons the shoes still don't fit and your purchase does not fall into no-exchange-and-no-returns category, you can return to us for a one-time exchange (depending on stock availability) or refund (based on your original mode of payment).
Please note that in the event that your requested sizes/designs are not available for exchange, you will get a refund instead.
You can return your purchase within 10 days of receiving.
We accept returns as long as the shoes are in original packaging (with tags attached) and have not been used. It is your responsibility to ensure items are packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way.
Kindly email to us to indicate if you want to return/exchange, and we will contact you shortly after to process the return/exchange.
You will need to pay for your own return shipping and please inform us if there is any tracking code. We will only proceed to refund or exchange once we receive the shoes in original condition.
