As parents, we understand the challenges of getting the right size for your child's footwear, especially from a new brand that your child has not worn before. We created Home Trial Programme to help parents over come this challenge when shopping online with us.
Why do you need Home Trial?
Usually, based on the measurement of your child's foot length, you are recommended a suitable size by our Size Assistant. However, you are unsure if you may need to size up or down because of the cutting or because your child's feet seem to be between sizes. In addition, you would like to have the convenience of having the right size to try and wear right away without having the need to do an exchange. If you find yourself likely in the above situations, our Home Trial Programme is what you need.

How does Home Trial Programme work?
By opting for Home Trial, it means you would like us to send you an additional size with your purchase, either a size up or down. This allows you to receive 2 sequential sizes in the same design.
For example, your child is recommended to take size 9. If opting for Home Trial, you will receive either size 8, size 8.5, or size 10 together with size 9. You can only choose 1 size as the Trial Size. Regardless of the order quantity, we will only send up to a maximum of 2 different sizes for Home Trial Programme.
You child can try both sizes at home to see which size fits better. We will arrange for the collection of the unfit size afterwards at no additional cost.
How can you opt for Home Trial Programme?
The Home Trial Programme costs SGD12 and can be selected under Shipping at checkout.
You can indicate the additional Trial Size under the Notes section before checking out. Our team will reach out via email to provide the necessary instructions.
You will then receive your order, the Trial Size(s) as well as a prepaid return mailer for the size that you choose to return.
As we will be putting back the stock into inventory for other customers, we do appreciate your help to ensure that all Home Trial items are kept unused, with original shoebox and tags intact.
What are the exceptions to Home Trial Programme?
Due to the unavailability of stock, we are unable to offer Home Trial Programme to the following items:
- [Final Sale] items
- Items purchased with 'NoExchange' code or non-exchangeable offers
- Items that are available in broken sizes
If you have selected and paid for Home Trial Programme but the Home Trial size is not available to you, we will cancel the Home Trial request and do a partial refund of the shipping fee for your order.
